Timeout disconnections

Hi, the timeout issue is annoyng. I found a "false" solution changing the "user is disconnected (timeout)" message, by a message that says "Have a nice day. The chat team".

Is possible to hide the message? or change to a blank text? If the issue can't be solved, we can try to hide it. Is possible?
