cannot install phpfreechat

Hi
When i tri to install the chat all is ok untill i come to the install part of the install proccess. I get this error message:
Writing files and folders to 'file://wamp/www/lite_tester/trojjan/php_chat/'
Starting Step 1 of 1...
Adding directory: / ..............................................[failed]
>> Failed: could not make directory / Exiting...

And in the bottom of the page i get this error:

It is a windows server. Sorry for my bad english but hey i´m swedish...
