autojoin for definite user if join a new user

Im looking for a way to notify a defined user when a new user joins the chat (usually Channel = $username).It doesnt really matter how the defined user gets
notified, a private message would be fine, or just joining the chan the new user is in. This is supposed to be some Kind of Support chat.

You certainly have to write a command proxy to do that.
This is not implemented by defaut.
