Some error problems After Install

Hi My name is Frederico And I Came from Portugal and i must congratulate the Builder of thi nice APP i already have used an very older version and was great. Now after so mutch time im in a new progect and i finded the link again for thi chat app. But after i uploaded to the server and gived the right permitions into folders, im reciving this error messages.
