Using the latest version on PHP 4.4?

My server uses PHP 4.4 and we can't upgrade now. I'm downloading the latest version of this chat script and really need to know what modifications are needed for it to be compatible with PHP 4.4?

For instance, in your pfci18n.class.php you use the "file_put_contents" file_put_contents($dst_filename, $content); and that function is available in PHP 5.

What other configurations would I need for it to work on PHP 4.4?

file_put_contents is defined in src/pfctools.php (only php version which doesn't have this function).

Pfc should just work with PHP 4.4.
