_Recursive copy doesn\'t works_

I get this error when i try to test phpfreechat:

_Recursive copy doesn't works_
_Recursive remove doesn't works_
/var/www/html/phpchat/src/../data/private/chat/s_c72d7d07c1b91d6512c29c9c5ea9428b can't be created
/var/www/html/phpchat/src/../data/private/chat/s_c72d7d07c1b91d6512c29c9c5ea9428b is not writeable


Please help me !!

What is your server phpinfo ?
Does your server uses suphp or suexec apache module ?

I have the same problem

my server info is as follows

I do think suexec is loaded, will this mean that it will not work at all ?
