Post Message when user comes into chatroom!

Is it possible to have like an introduction on every room for when an user comes in. For example rules for the chatroom. Or help? Is that possible?

Are you speaking about the "topic" irc like feature ?
This feature is planned but is not yet implemented, I have lot of other things to do in priority
