1.0beta4 debugging

Is there any way to avoid 1.0beta4 from having debugging on by default? It seems to confuse chatters. Especially xajaxdebug. I've tried to set params for those, but no luck.

debuging is not enable by default.
I really don't understand, could you give me your parameter list and maybe a public link to your chat ?

I had a site that had this problem, but with clean install (and same settings) all worked almost fine. More about the newest problem at its original thread.
