error on chat

hi i m new to PHPfreechat, i have activated PHPfreechat plugin in my elgg supported website, but in adminstrator settings,there is one note as follows,
Note: After changing the settings you have to type /rehash in the pfchat so that the new configuration is loaded.
i didnot get where to edit this,,,,,,,,,,and i m getting one error message as follows
Error: 'pfchat.js.tpl.php' could not be found, please check your themepath '/home/sites/cunctus.co.uk/public_html/mod/pfchat/pfc/src/../themes' and your theme 'msn' are correct


pls help me,,,

Hi guys,

What happens is that you are using a pluing, in the official pfc there are some configuration that you need to do at the index.php , some params passed as array().

But since you guys aren't using official code, you didn't do modification directly but tru the plugin itself... that's why we cannot provide support to plugins because we don't know what the devs of the pluing done with the code...

But if your errors is that the theme path wasn't found in the cache What i would do it's directly to the cache folder and delete everything inside it.. then just retry going to the chat and see if that 'recreates' a new cache if that doesn't help I would just ask you to go to the plugin creator...
