Fatal error: index.php

Hello everybody. First I would like to inform you that I am Brazilian and I'm sorry for the crappy english, since I'm using Google Translator.

I have a phpbb3 forum, and am wanting to install the chat on it. But when I enter the address myforumname.com/phpfreechat-1.5 / or myforumname.com/phpBB3/phpfreechat-1.5 the following message appears in both cases:

Fatal error: require (): Failed opening required '.. / Common.php' (include_path = '. :/ Usr / share / pear :/ usr / share / php') in / home/vhosts/myforumname/phpfreechat-1.5 / index.php on line 5

What can it be? And how to solve?
