I need to remove that stupid notifications! I searched for hours now and i cant find it. In which file can i change that?

And why there are 2 Theme folders?

you are looking for a shownotice parameter that is set in the index file of the chat page.

Setting this to 0 will show nothing.
Setting it to 1 will show nicknames changes.
Setting it to 2 will show connect/disconnect notifications.
Setting it to 4 will show kick/ban notifications.
Setting it to 7 (1+2+4) will show all the notifications.

There are two theme folders because the default theme folder contains all of the settings for a default chat page. When you create a secondary theme any settings that you don't change will fallback to the default ones. This way, you don't have to fill in settings that are fine the way they are. Keep in mind that the CSS files are actually PHP files that are parsed like CSS but aren't actual CSS files themselves.
