Problems installing

Hi, hope you can help. I searched the forum and could not find anything resembling the problem I'm having. My server is running Windows 2003, and php 5 which is working. I tried to install with the script and I get a "failed to create directory" error right when it starts to install. The permissions on the directory that it is installing in are set for Full Control just to be sure it wasn't that. Also tried the zip file and I just get a blank page after loading. This is my first time to use your script. Looks nice.
I noticed you ask for the output of

often. I'll go ahead and post it in case it could help. Sorry to deluge you with info.
