manual refresh

To limit hits and http request to server, i would like to know if it's possible to add a refresh button. Clicking on it will refresh message and connected people boxes ?
If it is ... how to make it ?

No there isn't, the chat is not designed to do that.

You will have to modify the code...

But can anybody tell me, which function this is, to refresh the chat manual.
