How do I add a chatbot to PHP Free Chat?

I would like to add a chat bot to my installation of PHP free chat, so when people come here and the chat is completely alone, they don't find it alone and could talk with the machine, that will eventually tell them that the chatroom is alone and invite them to come later or invite friends to chat. Is this possible? Perhaps with program-o or something like that?
