Php free chat is not loading

Im new to PHP free chat. Php free chat is not at all loading.
It always shows "Chat loading .... Please wait".
Finally its stays on the same screen(chat loading....) without loading anything.

"The chatroom “Chatroom Loading… Please Wait” box remains idle, chatroom does not load.
Check $params["server_script_url"]"

I have checked with this params. Its looks fine.
I dont know. what to do? Please help me to fix this.
