You must be connected to send a message

i set up my chat page. firt there was no problem to send messages. but after minutes i couldn't send messages and get this massage "You must be connected to send a message". how can i escape from this problem. What i have to do?

Does you folder "/data" has the correct right permits?

It must be chmood 777 to this folder and all subfolders and files.
Can you also tell us what version of PFC you have?

and lastly put the index.php code here for us to see..

I had it flawless but after a while I met with the same problem,,meanwhile I followed the above comment by the respective MOD but still the problem persist!!! help appreciated..!!
