/banlist doesnt show the banned users

In my chat when I ban users and use the /banlist command to check on the bans I am unable to see ne ban.. But on doing the /unban all the banned users gets unbanned. Is it a bug or just something i did wrong while i had been tweaking the codes... Plz help
