disconnect - accent in nickname

Hi,
I have a pb with nickname integrating accent (example : Joël). In this case : all is ok about display, refresh, writing messages ... but when the user close his navigator (Chrome or Firefox or IE : we tested on all navigator), the tchat don't see that the user is disconnected.
I (admin) can kick him only if i write : <</kick "Joël" pb>> (with " ). But, even in this case, Joël is not disconnected ! (i have the message in the tchat that he was kicked but he can't connect to the tchat.
In the navigator of the user (Joël), he can't connect once more in the tchat (the tchat begin to be loaded but chen the user enter his nickname, he have the message : "You can't use this pseudo".

You might want to double check that it's specific only to users with an accent. The behavior your describing is true for any user name for a period of time after closing the browser... you can adjust this time in the settings. It is caused because there is no way for us to broadcast to the server that the browser has closed, so it only has the option to wait for a timeout.
