Admin name red, guest name black

Hey! Just been messing around with PHP free chat, and I would like to know a couple of things, Ill post them all here, and if you can help with any that would be great

1. Is it possible to make the color of admin names red, and guests/normal users black and not have them constantly change color???

2. how do I make it so, as soon as someone visits the chat, they have to choose a nick-name rather then having to type /nick <name>

3. is it possible for every user to have to put in a password aswell as their nick, so that noone steals names??? (or anyhting like this)
