How can I stop the \"You must be connected to send a message

I have a problem with pfc .... when a user is using another tab and has the pfc open...after awhile when he will try to get write something into the chat he will see the following message :

You must be connected to send a message

How can I make it stop ?

Hi,

To be frank I have no Idea..

Its like the onfocus event is lost and then PFC thinks the user has left the chat and time out it...

I have no idea how to fix this behavior..
