log ip adress with chatname

hey ,
can you help me with this
i like to heve a log file of ever chatter that log`s in the chat room.
but whit the ip adress and mabe the time stamp
just for securety when i reseve some strange users on chat that other peolple report me about when i am not around.
so that i kan ban there ip adress and not to have to wait till the person coms back on chat
