Disabling join leave msg

Hi,

how can i remove the join leave quit timeout messages from the chat please ? i'd also like to know how to change chat font.

Hi,

since i changed the parameters, my browser is using 50 % of my processor resources, i tried with several browser and it's the same. When i remove the params shownotice no more problem, any idea where the problem comes from ?
