A good share hosting that hold at least 20 people?

Well so far at hostgator using refresh delay of 5 second and 19 people chatting and they shutdown the chat room... it really is bad because when people start liking the chat they just shut it off..
Anyone have any good hosting that can hold at least 20 chatters? thanks in advance people!!

Did they say what the specific problem was - e.g. violation of TOS due to memory or processor usage etc etc? I wouldn't have thought that 19 people with a 5 second delay would have caused this. I've run FlashChat on a shared Hostgator account with more people and less of a delay and not had a problem in the past - maybe I just got lucky or something.

Regarding Host gator who I was with for some time, they allow phpfreechat, however their servers have something installed that messes the chat up and causes users to timeout. I'm on the same vps host as restars, and its awesome , beats host gator any day
