Error: Missing parameter (/join {channelname})

Hi,

I just installed the phpfreechat plugin
on my blog. I initially got the following
error on the main page in an orange box:

Missing parameter (/join {channelname})

Can you tell me what this means and how to
fix it?

Also, can the width of the chatbox be made
narrower as it is too wide for my theme?

I think you can simply embed the chat room in a div

eg:

Code: Select all

<div style="width: 250px;"> CHAT CODE HERE </div>

(or however wide you want it) to make it smaller.

Not sure about the join problem, do you have the nick parameter setup, how does it look? Can you provide any more details?
