I have installed it on my live server but not showing any text that you type and submit .While it is working on another site this is hosted with another company with same configuration.
My currently hosting company is Parallels Plesk Panel 9.5.
Can you kindly help me that is it supported on this hosting company.

The only thought I have is to make sure you don't upload any of the system-created filed. Basically, once uploaded, do a manual rehash and see if it's working then (manual, not automatic):
http://www.phpfreechat.net/rehash

You want it to reconfigure itself for the new location, and that folder is where the automatic configurations are stored.
