Severe Bugs, with IE and with Avatars

1. IE forces a completely transparent background to the pfc_nickwhois div, rendering it virtually useless at best and horribly confusing at worst

2. After 5 or 6 minutes, a user's avatar will switch to another one - even if there is only 1 user online. This is cross-browser
