Loosing some messages: HELP

Hi,
Sometimes I'm loosing some messages (a submitted message is lost from time to time).
Is this a normal behaviour ?

Another time I could not see a message that I've sent (but other users could see it). If the screen is refreshed the message disapeared also from other user' screens.


Very strange. Did someone noticed the same problem
Any suggestions ?

(refresh delay is set to 3500 ans I keep 30 messages). Latest version 0.9.3

This is maybe due to a bug in the file container, could you try with the shared memory container ?

It does not work. I get following error:

Could you try to change the line 281 in phpfreechatcontainermemory.class.php to :
