Can\'t unustall?

How do I uninstall the chatroom from my server, it won't let me delete the files...

This is certainly due to a misconfigured FTP/Webserver.
The created files are owned by the webserver and your ftp is running with a different user ...
So ftp user can't delete the webservers files.

Currently there is no web uninstaller in phpfreechat but it's something we are thinking about.
For the moment, ask you webserver administrator to uninstall these files.
