administrative and password

I don't quite understand the parameters.

it says here to change isadmin to true to be administrator, but that will make everyone.

I just want me, NautTboy, as an administrator with password is that possible?
I came across this parameters is this correct?

params['admins'] = array('NautTboy'=>'password');

Hmmmmm. I edited the php isadmin to true so i can rehash. When we rehash, are we suppose to see something happen? I didnt, i assumed it worked. But it's not working.
Are there any space between names and password?

Ok, tried no space still didnt' work.
I'd tried delete ALL history before going to chat, still just log me straight in, no password asked.

Oh does it matter I dont have chat integrated with anything, just stand allone chat?

It doesn't ask you for your password... you just wont have admin until you use the identify command with your password.
