Mysql error

hello all...eaither so i can't get it run im sure that this is great scripting...

my problem:

aperantly my host ( xtreemhost.com ) dont alow File option, only Mysql one..

i uploaded, changed all ( add params in index regarding sql, changed mysql configuration )....1st error that i recived was:
" Mysql error, can't create database 'chat', databse already exists " -> i go check on control panel - 0 db's ... ok i tried to jump ahead and manually entered db name and table name in control panel of sql. Realoaded index.php, got same error message. Went on cp of sql, removed db, reload index.php VOILA ! chat loaded...i changed some stuff, added some more params, and after 3 hours, when i tried to connect on chat again i got message:
" Mysql error, can't create database 'chat', database already exists "

tried to wait, tried to pray...but got same error all the time...

( i did login as admin, did indentify myself, did rehash...chat was working for 3 hours and from yesterday i got same message every time i try to load it !!

any ideas ?
