look... what can I do... anyone give me suggestions?

This is dues to IE which doesn't support PNG transparency.
What you can do is :
- Do not use anymore IE : Firefox is a good alternative.
- Wait for the next IE release : IE7
- Convert the smileys in GIF (but it will notbe very nice because GIF support only 2 transparency level)
- Do not use these smileys.

can these 2 also help because these 2 can make it seems like no problem
the picture background not transparent but the background same as the chat background
