Timeout (different problem than other Timeout topic)

If I close Firefox or IE it appears in the chat window "Bruno quit (timeout)", no problem here! But if I re-open the browser/page the system reconnects me automaticly and no message appears in the chat window informing that I've came back... It should appear: "Bruno joins English", right?"
