phpBB 3 - Use Custom User Group Colours on chat?

Hi,

I have a phpBB3 forum with several user groups and they all have their custom colours.

Is there a way of integrating those user group colours on the chat system?

For Example:

Anyone under Group 1 uses #0d98dcn on Chat
Anyone under Group 2 uses #000000 on Chat
