Please, fix the TIMEOUT problem

This chat is amazing, but with the timeout problem the user experience is very very poor.

Somedays I been disconnected from the chat one time each 5 minutes.

A lot of users, tells to me that the timeout issue is giving problems.

Please, fix it!!!! Is very important!!!
