Suggestion : silence and different chat logs for different

Is it possible to have a command where people can't post unless they are given voice - or where only ops can post? We have an official chat each year where people are told what has happened during the year - and we don't want people to chat during the "business" part of the meeting. Then we open it up to general chat.

Also logging seems to be all in one file. Any way to make it so that different channels have their own log?

Currently the code doesnt have this features added....
So the only way to have it is if someone code something , but right now main developer is absent from the script lately...
