Change nickname (UI Enhancement)

This one seems simple enough -- When I have instantiated my phpFreeChat with frozen_nick = true then I would like the name to no longer launch the javascript dialog to let them change their name.

The theory is you don't want a UI screen that lets people go down a path when you know up front they don't have permission to do it.
