Ability to ignore users

My most-requested feature on my site where PhpFreeChat is installed is the ability to ignore other users.

I know there's a contribution for this here: http://www.phpfreechat.net/forum/viewto ... 808#p16808
but it hasn't been verified for version 1.3. Does anyone know if it will work for 1.3, or if perhaps the feature will be integrated into 1.4?
