Cross hair cursor

Please remove cross hair cursor. This is not standard. Or at least an option for this.

Perhaps just the standard arrow for the name, and the hand for the private chat icon?

Or hand for both (as they are links).

Moreover, can I ask you for which kind of use the cross hair cursor should be used ? (what is the standard about that)

Guess for drawing programs and such, where positioning/selection is important.

I removed the crosshair cursor from the defaut theme.
