Using Macros for the admin

It would be nice if the admin has the possibility to define some texts and is able to send the text via mouseklick on the chat.

For example define the text
- hello, what can I do for you?
- good bye, have a nice day!
- To find the answer for this questions go to http://xxx.com/faq

and so on.

When a user enters the chat, the admin could greet the user with the predefined texts just by clicking on the text in the lower end of the chat.

Would be nice - is it possible and how?
