disable /notice command for users

I need to disable the /notice command for the users. They are using this for flooding my chat and I can't see the flooder's nick. This problems is anooying me.

Any help please?

ok.. I'm reading this in other post...

"if you disable, /notice command users will not be able to chat at all,
/notice command is need when a user connect tells the other chatters that this user just got in the chat..."

¿How can I solve this problem?

This NOT FUNCITON for me... or the flooder has find the form of bypassing this...

I need to disable some functions for users, specially "/notice" command. Is very important.

Yeah,

I got it, but he isnt able to flood anymore, since the fix would stop that form happening..

The bot stops the flooder..., but it takes too much time. How can improve the noflood delay for kicking a user?

I read how can I show the nick of user sending /notice command in this post: http://www.phpfreechat.net/forum/viewtopic.php?id=2124

But that does not function for me... any help for implement that? please? this would be a perfect solution for me...
