Advertising Bot?

Does anyone know if there is a script addition to advertise in the chat.

Would be nice if I could insert a list of text/html to be displayed at random in the chat either on a time delay (ie every 15 minutes) or after X amount of chat entries.

This would be of great use. Thanks.
