Description: the pfc 1.2 version has some display problems on IE8 (with compatibility mode disabled). Firstly: as explained in the sourceforge bug 2790822, the user list is not correctly positioned. Secondly: when writing more than one page of text, the scroll bar is not displayed. This bounty consists in fixing both issues.
