  * __Description__: the pfc 1.2 version has some display problems on IE8 (with compatibility mode disabled). Firstly: as explained in the [[http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=2790822&group_id=158880&atid=809601|sourceforge bug 2790822]], the user list is not correctly positioned. Secondly: when writing more than one page of text, the scroll bar is not displayed. This bounty consists in fixing both issues.
